Dr. Abey P Rajan was great help in my rehab process from a miniscule injury (due to football). The injury happened a couple of years back, but I consulted Dr. Abey once I had started feeling regular pain on my left knee.
He diagnosed the problem well. I was clear that I wanted to keep playing, so he charted out a strengthening schedule for my entire leg. He was clear from the first day on what treatment process we should take moving forward.
It's been over 2 months and I can see lot of improvement in overall strength and stability and at this point I do not have a consistent pain either. Being a sports physio, he has helped me improve my condition a lot. I have been to other therapists in Bangalore, but by far Dr. Abey has improved my condition to a level where I can play pain free.
I've had a lot of injuries so far and doctor Abey has helped me a lot to recover from them. He's very calm and knows exactly what to do when I show up with an injury, knows all the rehab exercises, workout and even tells me how and where it effects me. I honestly find my sessions with him really fun, something I look forward to! I'm a basketball player and am training to try and go pro and everything he has done so far has really helped me become closer and closer to my goal. **** *** **** ****** ****** *****

100% recommended. I went for knee pain management. The diagnosis and treatment by Dr.Abey were spot on. No X-rays, no pain killers, nothing. He just gave a proper strengthening program. Its been 2 months and the knee pain is 95% gone. I am sure I'll be 100% ok in next 2-3 weeks. He clearly explains the cause of pain and how the exercises are going to fix the pain. The whole session is so educative.

Very ************* *** approachable, he also specializes in sports related injuries. Explains the issue in detail and helps in understanding the injury and the steps needed to prevent it in future, and not just treating it in short term. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Dr Abey for sports massages. Any runner aiming for good race can meet Dr Abey at Insync
Abey is the only physiotherapist that's worked for me. Clear communication, very understanding, and extremely helpful with workouts etc. The gym at his place is also well-stocked and great to use. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs it.
